Changes and Cancellations
Changes and/or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of receipt of order confirmation. If the order already shipped, the return policy will apply.
If the Customer wishes to change or cancel, contact hello@thrivecreative.us or tel. 877-798-4748 and provide complete details, order number, and images of the defect.
Typical Order Processing and Shipping times for US orders is between 5-10 days. International orders can take about 5-15 days.
