Refund policy

Cancellations

You may cancel an order by emailing hello@thrivecreative.us within 24 hours of your order confirmation, provided production has not begun. Once production begins, cancellation is not available and this policy governs instead.

Returns
Our return policy allows returns within 14 days of receiving your items in the USA and Canada. Please contact us at hello@thrivecreative.us if you want to return a product.

For USA and Canadian returns, to receive a refund or exchange, items must be returned at the customer's cost in original condition with original packaging within 14 days.

For all returns, note original shipping cost is not refunded. Only the product cost is refundable.

Limited Warranty

Thrive Creative warrants to the original purchaser that for 30 days from the delivery date, our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This is a Limited Warranty. Your sole remedy under it is replacement or refund of the purchase price, at your election.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by transport after delivery, normal wear, drops, impact, misuse, inadequate care, exposure to heat or chemicals, or alteration or repair by anyone other than us. Protective features described on product pages, including impact resistance and dual-layer construction, are design characteristics and are not a guarantee against device damage; we do not warrant that any case will prevent damage to your phone or device.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state and by country. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any right you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be limited or excluded by agreement.

Customers in the United Kingdom and the European Union

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a statutory right to cancel a distance contract for a standard item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Where you exercise that right:

  • No restocking fee applies.
  • We refund the product price and the cost of the least expensive standard outbound delivery we offered, within 14 days of receiving the item back or of your proof of return.
  • You pay the cost of returning the item.

This statutory cancellation right does not apply to custom items, which are made to your specification or clearly personalised. Your separate rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected and are addressed in Section 4.

Customers in California

Our return policy is set out in full above and is disclosed before you complete payment. Our legal business name and street address appear at the top of this page and on our Contact Information page.

Gifts and third-party purchases

Returns are processed with the purchaser of record and refunded to the original payment method. If you received an item as a gift, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or store credit where the item qualifies under Section 2 or Section 4.

Products purchased elsewhere

This policy covers purchases made at thrivecreative.us. Items purchased through a retailer, a wholesale partner, or a third-party marketplace are governed by that seller's policy and must be returned to that seller.
