Changes and Cancellations
Changes and/or cancellations must be made within 1 hour of receipt of order confirmation. If the order already shipped, the return policy will apply.
Warranty
We warrant to the customer that in the 30 days from delivery date, all products will be free from any production errors, provided that the customer’s complaint is filed and acknowledged to Thrive Creative within the warranty period. To avoid any doubt, all defects due to or caused by transport, incorrect use, inadequate maintenance, or the customer’s alteration or repair are excluded from the warranty.
If the Customer wishes to return products due to a claim, contact thrivecreativeassoc@gmail.com and provide complete details, order number, and images of the defect. If the case does not fit the phone correctly, please send a screen shot of the phone model from the settings / general / about page.
Returns
Our return policy allows returns within 14 days of receiving your items in the USA and Canada. Please contact us at hello@thrivecreative.us if you want to return a product.
For USA and Canadian returns, to receive a refund or exchange, items must be returned at the customer's cost in original condition with original packaging within 14 days.
For all returns, note original shipping cost is not refunded. Only the product cost is refundable.
For other global regions, returns are accepted as long as we receive the package back in original condition at the purchaser's cost within 30 days of purchase.
For processing returns, we charge a 20% restocking fee based on the order value.
